The T-Bones is an Australian roots / alt country band.

For some years the they have been quietly chronicling the fading fortunes of the bush around the Murray regions of northern Victoria and south-west NSW – songs about amphetamine-fueled shearers, cars, guns, broken hearts and the inevitable lure of the city.

Between them Charlie and Pip have marked out a sound that’s original and recognizable. Despite this, their individual styles as writers are different, and the difference adds to the layers within a T-Bones set. They have made a specialty of chronicling life between the bush and the city. Originators of the Sunraysia Sound, the T-Bones sing songs about growing up in small country towns and a country boy’s view of the city. It’s a rare perspective in Australian music and a goldmine of material.
